Wehrhahn, with more than a century of experience in mechanical engineering, stands for quality as well as reliability and continuity. As a leading supplier of tailor-made plants for the building materials industry, especially for cellular concrete and fibre cement, we are present all over the world. As a family-run company, we still stand on a strongly rooted foundation.
Our team of over 150 engineers and technicians for planning and design develops unique solutions and concepts for almost all requirements in mechanical and plant engineering. Electric controls are developed individually for each plant. After production, each Wehrhahn machine is subjected to a functional test and then, as far as possible, transported to the buyer as a whole. Highly qualified, experienced engineers are available for assembly and commissioning.

The “building land on water” project creates an extraordinarily high demand for high-quality aerated concrete. For the realization of this project, Wehrhahn, as project partner of the Island Construction Company, plans and constructs new production facilities for the manufacture of specific aerated concrete modules for worldwide use.

BERNHARDT Kunststoffverarbeitungs GmbH

Bernhardt Kunststoffverarbeitungs GmbH has been processing plastics of all kinds for more than 50 years. Our expertise ranges from injection moulding to the manufacture of pipes using extrusion processes to foil production and the broad field of additive manufacturing. In 1974 the area of injection moulding production was established – since 1980 with our own toolmaking department. Foil production started in 1986 and was relocated to Velten, eleven kilometres north of Berlin, in 2001. In 2013, the 3D printing production area was established in the Berlin Heiligensee headquarters. We currently produce approx. 4500 tons of plastic products annually at both locations.
